Dr. Samih Tarabichi, Chairman of the Congress, and Dr. Mohamed Muath Adi, President of the Congress, have emphasised a focus on emerging technologies such as 3D-printed custom joints and robotic-assisted surgeries. The event will feature 130 scientific lectures, 39 research presentations, 13 dedicated research lectures for doctors and residents, and 8 workshops, providing a comprehensive learning experience for attendees.

The congress will highlight the latest in joint replacement and musculoskeletal medicine, with a particular focus on robotics in surgery, advanced surgical techniques, and digital health integration. Seminars addressing complex surgical cases and live-streamed surgeries are also part of the programme, offering clinicians the opportunity to learn about the latest advancements in joint reconstruction and network with peers in the field.

Vice President Dr. Jaber Al Khayeli has stressed the importance of designing implants suited to regional needs, considering anatomical and cultural factors like the ability to sit on the floor and perform daily prayers. The congress underlines its role in driving innovation and elevating orthopaedic care in the region and beyond.

More than 20 leading companies in pharmaceuticals and medical devices are participating in the congress, showcasing the latest technologies and products in the field. A dedicated "Ask the Experts" session will provide attendees with the opportunity to ask questions and seek advice from leading specialists in the field.
