Dusty's Divas Raise £380 for Alzheimer's Charity at Memory Walk

Frankie Crozier and her daughter Donna Hopkins recently took part in the 7.5km Memory Walk in memory of Frankie's mother, Dusty Carrick, who passed away from Alzheimer's disease in 2019. They raised £380 for Alzheimer's charity, walking under the team name 'Dusty's Divas'.

The duo faced challenging conditions during the walk, but their determination did not waver. Frankie and Donna's efforts were boosted by a generous donation from an unknown contributor, who gave £190. This amount was then matched by Covers Timber & Builders Merchants, doubling the total raised to £380. The company's support was crucial in helping the pair reach their fundraising goal.

Frankie and Donna's participation in the Memory Walk not only honoured Dusty's memory but also contributed significantly to Alzheimer's charity. Their successful fundraising effort, with the help of the mystery donor and Covers Timber & Builders Merchants, will go towards supporting those affected by Alzheimer's and funding vital research.
