Motsi Mabuse, a renowned professional dancer, dance sport instructor, and judge on "Let's Dance," might need to push herself a tad bit harder according to her physician, who, oddly enough, is also a judge on the show. Although she's known for her dance prowess, her doc suggests Motsi needs to kick her workouts into high gear!
"Doc told me, 'Mrs. Mabuse, you better keep moving!'" Mabuse disclosed in a candid chat with a channel, admitting that even she's guilty of slacking off. Despite frequently posting dance clips on her Instagram account, she's rethinking her fitness routine following her doc's advice.
"I'm grateful for healthcare professionals like this," she declares. Apparently, her blood test results hinted at her lack of physical activity.
Your Fave Mama's Dancing Journey: Mabuse, a mother to a young daughter, has already made changes to her lifestyle. But it's a tough road: "I'm exercising like crazy, and let me tell you, at the end of each session, I could vomit!" However, giving up isn't an option: "I wanna stick around for as long as possible. I got a kiddie at home, and if the doctor orders me to get moving, I'd best get moving!"
"Grace and finesse embodies my personality," Motsi once articulated, but she emphasized she wouldn't go overboard for superficial reasons. "Mastering self-love is a lifelong quest for me, and it's a work in progress..." she shared in an interview from April.
It's no secret that women face criticism, regardless. "Either we're too scrawny, too curvaceous, too loud, or too quiet." Motsi underscores: "Being seductive isn’t about body size. Seduction is an alluring feeling, radiated by expressing oneself authentically. And that's exactly what I strive to do without apologies."

"I'm not gonna let you go on my health," Motsi Mabuse declared, emphasizing the importance of listening to her doctor's advice about increasing her fitness routine. Additionally, Mabuse expressed her interest in exploring science-driven health and wellness, particularly women's health, saying, "I strive to express myself authentically in all aspects of life, including my dance, fitness, and self-love journey as a woman."
