Marketing agency Rhone appoints new agency of record to accelerate growth in women's clothing and wellness sectors

In a move to fuel growth in its women's collection, deepen its mental fitness focus, and scale its presence across digital and retail channels, Rhone, the premium activewear brand, has appointed Kepler as its first-ever media agency of record.

Rhone, known for its client roster that includes DTC and modern retail brands like Champion, FILA, and Hasbro, has entered into its first dedicated media agency partnership. Previously, the brand worked with IMA-Home on the creative side.

Bethany Evans, Rhone's Chief Marketing Officer, stated that the brand is looking to expand its women's collection, deepen its mental fitness focus, and scale across digital and retail channels. Kepler was chosen for its reputation for being innovative and understanding the importance of brand marketing to Rhone.

The integrated media strategy will focus on scaling intentionally while preserving the brand's core identity, expanding brand relevance and reach among new and existing audiences, and establishing Rhone as a leader in mental fitness. Kepler will leverage its proprietary AI tool, Kip AIR, to optimize Rhone's positioning in AI search engines.

Rhone's estimated 2024 media spend is $27 million, with nearly all expenditure planned for digital channels. The brand is seeking a media partner that can help it scale intentionally without losing the soul of the brand.

To support its expanded women's product line, Rhone is launching campaigns with NBA veteran Kevin Love and LPGA stars Lilia Vu and Lauren Hartlage. The brand is also doubling down on its Mind & Muscle wellness events series.

Rhone, founded in 2014 as a premium men's activewear brand, has expanded its marketing investment in 2025 to support its expanded women's product line. The brand aims to continue growing its direct-to-consumer business, driving awareness and engagement for its women's line, and cementing its position as a leader in the mental fitness space.

The appointment follows a three-month competitive review involving eight agencies. Kepler's team that pitched the account will also service the Rhone account. Rhone, a privately owned company, declined to disclose growth figures.

With this partnership, Rhone joins Kepler's client list, seeking a media partner that can help it scale intentionally without losing the soul of the brand. The brand's goal is to deepen brand relevance while expanding its reach across new and existing audiences.
