Mexico City's Secretariat of Works and Services announces nationwide public bidding for the construction of a new specialized clinic, named "Condesa," within the General Hospital of Mexico.

The tender for the construction of the clinic has been launched, but no new information about the project's first stage or the announcement by the Head of Government has been provided. The execution period for the construction is 74 days, with the work expected to start on October 9, 2025.
The location of the new clinic will be in the Gustavo A. Madero borough, specifically at Francisco Morazán Mz 11a - Av. 499, Deportivo Los Galeana colony, C.P. 07910. However, no new information about the prevention programs or care for populations at high risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) for the new clinic has been disclosed.
The specialized Condesa clinics of CDMX currently offer treatment to people with a diagnosis of HIV, but no specific services offered by the new clinic have been detailed. It is known that the Condesa clinics also offer prevention programs and care for populations at high risk of STIs.
Interested parties have until Friday, September 19, at 2:00 PM, to acquire the bases for the tender. A site visit for the tender of the specialized clinic 'Condesa' will be made on September 22, at 10:00 AM. The company that will execute the first construction phase of the 'Condesa' special clinic project in Gustavo A. Madero in 2025 has not been publicly named; the contract award will be announced through official government procurement platforms.
