The clinics in question are the Lung Clinic Lostau (located in Jerichower Land) and a clinic right here in Magdeburg — the city we all love!

Pfeiffersche Stiftungen, with its vast network, also includes outpatient care services and residences for people with disabilities. The organization has been undergoing a restructuring process, which began recently. Business operations will continue unaffected at all facilities.
The takeover is set to become official on August 1st. Armin Willingmann, Minister of Science, and chairman of the university hospital's supervisory board, deemed the University Hospital's performance during this process a clear demonstration of its capabilities.
Petra Grimm-Benne, Health Minister and SPD party member, expressed gratitude to the University Hospital for committing to preserve these locations. This action, she said, offers new opportunities for the employees working at these medical facilities.
"With this strong signal for the future, the 135-year legacy of Pfeiffersche Stiftungen is being carried forward into a new chapter," Grimm-Benne added.
