Over a year since the partial legalization of elevated herbs, a measly eight cultivation associations have been given the green light in Schleswig-Holstein as per a dpa inquiry to the Ministry of Agriculture in Kiel. Three more applications are swaying in the approval pipeline.
The modernized cannabis guidelines spread across the nation like wildfire since April 1, 2024, permitting grown-ups to light up and cultivate Mary Jane at home for their personal enjoyment. June 1, 2024, marked the day associations could throw their hats into the proverbial ring for cannabis cultivation associations. The inaugural two associations in Schleswig-Holstein's glorious northern district were welcomed in Segeberg and Plön.
Apparently, meeting the legal requisites and flashing the right documents at the state lab will get you that well-deserved cultivation permit, as per the Ministry of Agriculture. Delays, however, may creep in for associations as they scramble to whip their digs into shape safety-wise.
First Crop soon, we hope! From the eight approved cultivation associations in the entire state, only two have initiated the green thumb dance, according to the Ministry of Agriculture. A third association will soon join the party. Harvest time? Expect it between late June and August, assuming rotten luck doesn't strike again.
