Parents in Regensburg can now sign up for a six-week course starting October 14th, focusing on effective communication with their children about crucial topics like alcohol consumption and media use. The course, held at the Regensburg County Administration Office, is led by certified social pedagogues and costs just 10 Euro per child.
The course, 'Talking to Children about Challenging Topics', begins on October 14th and runs every Tuesday from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with a break during the fall holidays. Participants will learn how to structure conversations, handle conflicts, and set boundaries with their children. Other covered topics include making reliable agreements, reacting to problems, and finding information resources.
Registration is required by September 30th due to limited spaces. Parents can register in person at the Regensburg Health Department, Altmühlstraße 3, or by phone at 0941 4009-755 or -752.
