The company secured the 19th position in the prestigious ranking, which was compiled by global research, consulting, and training firm, Great Place to Work.

Great Place to Work, a pioneer in identifying, creating, and sustaining high-trust workplace cultures, produces Best Workplaces lists in nearly 50 countries across all continents. The lists are based on data analysis from more than 2,300 companies, making it the most comprehensive study of organizational culture in the world.

The Big Five tech companies (Alphabet/Google, Amazon, Apple, Meta, and Microsoft) were also known for their workplace culture, though their prominence increased notably in the years following 2014. These firms have consistently ranked highly on lists of top workplaces globally for their dynamic environments.
