Hear it from outgoing Mayor Junard "Ahong" Chan himself, as he announced the establishment of a joint task force on Monkeypox (Mpox) during a press conference on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. Members of this task force include the City Health Office, District Hospital, City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, and the Lapu-Lapu City Police Office.
