TV Schiefbahn Launches 'Rundum fit - Starke Lunge' for Respiratory Health

TV Schiefbahn, a local sports club, offers two health-focused groups for respiratory health under the banner 'Rundum fit - Starke Lunge'. These groups aim to support individuals with respiratory issues such as COPD or asthma. Both groups meet at the Peter Baumges Hall in Schiefbahn, led by Renate Göcking and Marion Dohrmann.

The groups focus on lung exercises, teaching participants breathing and relaxation techniques. They also work on improving coordination, flexibility, muscle strength, and stamina through targeted gymnastic exercises. Group one trains every Tuesday from 2 to 3 pm, while group two, designed for participants with oxygen equipment, meets every Thursday from 12 to 1 pm.

For more information and registration, interested individuals can contact the TV Schiefbahn business office. They can be reached by phone at 02154 70100 or via email at [email protected].

TV Schiefbahn's 'Rundum fit - Starke Lunge' groups provide a supportive environment for individuals with respiratory challenges. By offering targeted exercises and techniques, they aim to improve respiratory muscle strength and overall well-being.
