Waldniel Announces Free Events: Lantern Procession to Power of Attorney

The town of Waldniel has announced a series of free events for the upcoming months. These events cater to various interests, from cultural celebrations to health and safety awareness.

Kicking off the events is a lantern procession on October 30th, celebrating St. Martin's Day. The procession will focus on the story of the cloak division, a significant aspect of the saint's legend.

On October 11th, nature enthusiasts can participate in a herb walk in Kaiserpark. The walk, lasting from 10 am to 2 pm, will highlight immune-boosting plants, providing a practical way to boost one's health insurance.

For those concerned about safety, a lecture titled 'Safety in Public Spaces' will be held on October 22nd. Led by Kriminalhauptkommissarin Britta Färvers, the event aims to educate attendees on staying safe in various public situations.

Later in the month, on October 28th, a themed evening focused on pain assessment will take place. Led by Rehatrainer and Heilpraktiker Mario Zippel, the event promises to provide valuable insights into understanding and managing pain.

Additionally, an event on 'power of attorney' and maintaining self-determination is scheduled for November 18th. This event aims to inform attendees about legal aspects of power of attorney and its importance in preserving personal autonomy.

These events, all free of charge, offer a mix of cultural, health, and educational experiences. They provide an opportunity for residents and visitors alike to engage with the community and learn new skills or gain valuable knowledge.
