Zero Company has chosen a consortium led by GPI S.p.A. to develop the New Centralized Appointment System (CUP) platform, worth 7.2 million euros. The project aims to enhance the regional appointment news system through advanced technology.

The new platform will incorporate artificial intelligence to streamline appointment management and guide patients to suitable care paths. It will integrate with regional information systems, coordinating availability and optimizing resource flow. The project includes dedicated assistance services and digital training paths to support users and healthcare personnel.

The platform will offer integrated care management, not just for appointments, but also for coordinated healthcare pathways, aligning with regional health objectives. It will ensure universal accessibility, making it user-friendly for the elderly and individuals with disabilities. The continuous maintenance model will guarantee high-quality standards and technological updates over time.

The new CUP platform, led by GPI S.p.A., will provide a unified interface for citizens and operators, simplifying appointment, modification, and cancellation news procedures. It aims to reduce patient callbacks by offering care and scheduling appointments at the first available opportunity, improving overall healthcare efficiency.
